J&rsquo;ai conduit des \u00e9quipes de 50 \u00e0 200 personnes dans divers changements : de structures, d&rsquo;organisations, de m\u00e9thodes, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Durant cette p\u00e9riode, j&rsquo;ai observ\u00e9 et v\u00e9cu l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme de ces changements, passant d&rsquo;un monde stable et constant \u00e0 un monde volatile, incertain, complexe et ambig\u00fce. <br>J&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 managers et \u00e9quipes avec la conviction que les changements sont des opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement pour l&rsquo;individu et pour les organisations en appliquant le pr\u00e9cepte de Socrate : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le secret du changement, c&rsquo;est de concentrer toute son \u00e9nergie
